Notices and files for residents’ use

Housing application attachments

You do not need to submit attachments with your housing application. However, please be prepared to provide the following attachments upon request if necessary:

  1. valid tax certificate (for changed information and assets, the latest pre-completed tax return)
  2. salary certificate or other proof of other income
  3. copy of Kela benefits and decisions
  4. possible divorce decree
  5. pregnancy certificate
  6. student certificate
  7. residence permit
  8. court decision on the obligation to move
  9. other possible certificates the applicant wishes to invoke

Applying for student housing

Student housing is applied for through our general application form.

Disturbance report

A disturbance report must always be made in writing. Descriptions and times must be recorded accurately in the report. Reports are handled confidentially.

The report should be delivered either by email to the property manager or by post to the property management office:

House rules

The house rules have been approved to ensure the living comfort of the building’s residents. Persons living in the building and members of their households must comply with the Public Order Act as well as the property’s house rules within the apartment and in the property’s yard areas.

The enclosed house rules were approved at the cooperation body meeting on 30 January 2019.

Tenancy termination form

Termination must be made in writing. Termination requires the signatures of all parties to the agreement; otherwise, the termination is personal. The notice period is one calendar month.

Termination can be done electronically or by delivering a downloadable form, completed and signed, to our office:

Rent debt chart

The rent debt chart shows what happens to unpaid rent and what costs are incurred. Please note that the chart is only an example; actual costs may differ from those presented.

If you are having difficulties with financial matters, you can contact our housing advisory service. You can also contact rent control to agree on paying the rent in instalments, provided the rent receivable has not yet been transferred to debt collection.

Price list for departing tenants

Occasionally, it happens that marks, untidiness, or damage are left in the apartment that cannot be considered normal wear and tear within the framework of the law. In such cases, the landlord will invoice the customer according to this price list.
