User database of Kiinteistö Oy Taloherttua online service

Purpose of the Register:
The data in this register is used for user identification, investigating potential misuse, and resolving possible technical issues.

Content of the Register:
Personal Data: The system stores the user’s first name, last name, phone number, email address, postal address, and postal locality.
Technical Data: User visits to the site record the IP address, browser type, site visit times, login time, and logout time.
Participation Data: When a user participates in online discussions or feedback surveys, the aforementioned data is stored. In addition to personal data, the message title, message content, and sending time are stored.

Regular Data Sources
Data is stored in the register when users register, update their own information, comment, participate in discussions, or leave feedback.

Regular Data Disclosures
Information collected via the feedback form is forwarded to the feedback handler for the necessary actions. Information about those who have committed communication interference may be disclosed for the purpose of investigating a crime. Data held in the register may be deleted upon request by the data subject. Data may be disclosed within the limits permitted and mandated by current legislation.

Register Protection
Users can manage some of their data by logging into the system. The registers are located on a server that is adequately protected.
