The topping-out ceremony for the Timanttikortteli project was held on Friday 29 August 2025. The project is progressing reasonably on schedule and is set for completion in the centre of Kangasala in July 2026. Applications for rental apartments will open after the turn of the year in January–February at www.taloherttua.fi, where the project’s dedicated marketing site will be launched around that time.
