The renovation of Urkutie 3 has commenced and is scheduled for completion by the end of November 2025.
During the renovation, the property’s building services (HVAC, electricity, and automation) will be updated, apartment kitchens, bathrooms, and all surfaces will be modernised, and balconies will be glazed. A lift will also be retrofitted to the building to improve accessibility. Following the refurbishment, the property will become a completely smoke-free rental site.
The application period for the apartments will begin in late summer.
