Communal Facilities
Both buildings have a communal sauna on the top floor, with a small cooling area next to it. The sauna in the second building also has a communal clubroom for residents.
The property has a laundry room and drying rooms. Communal outdoor equipment storage rooms are located on the 1st floor, directly accessible from the main entrance. Ample bicycle storage is provided both at ground level and in the basement. The company’s waste collection point is located in the yard of Myllystenpohjantie 4, at the end of the car park, approximately 20-50 metres away.

Location and Distances
The location is excellent. The proximity of the Lahdentie motorway ramp in Kangasala town centre allows for quick returns home, and of course, smooth departures towards Tampere or Pälkäne’s Aapiskukko. Well, yes – Lahti is also a short distance from here.
The town centre bus stops are nearby in the market square, about 100 metres away. The nearest shop is just under 100m when heading across Tampereentie or, eventually, under it to K-Supermarket. Few in Kangasala have a gym and swimming hall on their doorstep, but here you would have both. And if guests visit, they too can enjoy three hours of free parking in the nearby Kuohunparkki.
