Puusepäntie 44 is Kiinteistö Oy Taloherttua’s first property in many ways

This is the first new residential property in a long time, the first completely smoke-free rental property, and perhaps most excitingly, the first – even partially – rental property intended solely for students in Pirkanmaa, located outside Tampere.

Out of the property’s 32 apartments, 18 are rented to students. These 18 apartments are intended for individuals participating in education for which student financial aid under the Student Financial Aid Act can be received.

Apartment Amenities

The apartments feature stylish vinyl plank flooring and painted walls. The bathrooms, which have comfortable underfloor heating, are tiled on both walls and floors. Bathrooms in apartments of 27m² and larger have space for a washing machine and tumble dryer stack.

Kitchen equipment includes:

• dishwasher
• fridge-freezer
• hob and extractor hood
• space for a microwave oven

Each apartment also includes its own spacious glazed balcony and 25M internet. Pets are allowed.

Communal Facilities

Communal facilities available to residents include a laundry room, drying room, storage lockers, and outdoor equipment storage. Outdoor amenities include bicycle racks, two pieces of exercise equipment, a waste collection point, a rug beating rack and 18 parking spaces with heating sockets. One of these parking spaces is equipped with charging points for electric cars.

The top floor features a sauna section, which includes a communal lounge area for residents. The interior design and planning of this space were carried out in collaboration with local students.

In addition to the rent, an advance water charge of €25/person/month will be collected based on the number of occupants, starting from 1st June 2026. Water will be billed twice a year according to consumption, with reconciliation billing taking into account the advance payments collected. Billing is estimated for February-July and August-January.

Parking space rent is €20/month. Sauna slot is €20/month.
